However, due to the horror movie tag it gets cut a little more slack by it's own low standards...which is fine so long as there's the horror/gore to back it up. But there isn't. Couple in the low budget production and mediocre acting and what you have is more like a murder drama, and utterly crap. One could praise the level of emphasis on the story and characters if it was not still on the low horror movie standards...and crap. Cheap bad drama masquerading as cheap bad horror. The point is horror is allowed to be cheap and bad. This is just boring with delusions of grandeur. I'm not going to give more marks because there's attempts at a storyline, there are many more films out there that offer that better. If you're going to aquit yourself by the low standards of horror, include some fucking horror!
