Audience Member Shane Newman (Brent Huff, Cop Game, The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik-Yak) has moved from Los Angeles to Hawaii which I don't think is a police transfer that works in the real world, but we're in the Fred Olen Ray universe now. There's a reunion in town and some of the Omega Kappa Omega girls have been invited to shoot nude photos — yes, I get that this doesn't happen in most class reunions but again, we are in Ray's world — by Derek Simmons, the editor of the Cavalier Magazine. One of them, Terri Walker, is soon found strangled with a final examination certificate next to her body. It's up to Newman and his new partner Julie Seska (Kari Wuhrer) to solve the case — cases, because women keep on taking their clothes off and dying — which has ties back to the suicide of Rachel Kincaid, a member of the class of students meeting in Hawaii. This is a nice mix of erotic thriller, giallo and slasher with some familiar Ray stars like Debbie Rochon and Amy Lindsay. Sean O'Bannon, who wrote plenty of films for Ray (Mom's Outta Sight, Invisible Mom II, Inferno) and Fred's wife at the time Kimberly were on the script. It's exactly the kind of movie you're looking for after three in the morning, which is a positive note. I'm all for any movies that Kari Wuhrer makes, especially if she's a sarcastic cop. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review steve d Forgettable and lacking anything resembling a scare. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Decent mystery, decent cast, decent killer!! Decent movie! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member A horror that has lots of sex and nudity to make the film longer will almost guarantee this is a really badly made film with no scares and amateur actors with a flat story. This is very laughable from the bad acting and direction. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the most derivative and boring thrillers I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. It's like a really bad episode of the tv show "Silk Stalkings," and yes, I know that show wasn't all that good to begin with. Funniest part was when cop Kari Wuhrer is about to storm into a room and must have stubbed her toe before entering. She lets out an "Ouch", swears, and hobbles in yammering about a search warrent....and they left it in the movie! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Not a horror movie at all. Not even a thriller. If you are into those late night skinemax movies with implant infested blondes who can't act then you may have just found your holy grail.
