Audience Member A psychedelic mess for the most part, it does stand out from the crowd because of this. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member not so much unless u like cheese Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member A very hip, funny and on the money enjoyable sci-fi black comedy blast--Slick trip!! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Based on a book that should have been left in print. Poorly explained plot at the beginning. Scientists search for microfilm that holds the key to becoming immortal. The downside is the side effects will make you look like a caveman. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member This was not as bad as I expected. I expected an incomprehensible 70's adaptation of an incomprehensible 60's book. What we got was decent acting struggling with what constituted hip in the early 70's, and which was wonderfully lampooned in Austin Powers. The 2nd half is quite funny, and I think it copes quite well with the lack of finance, but ultimately it is a failure. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member I enjoyed it enough despite the dated visual effects. It was still pretty fun. I think I would like to read the books. I heard that author Michael Moorcock was critical of this. His books sound like they are on an epic scale. We'll have to see, but this was still good. Michael Caton Los Angeles Free Press I found this offbeat British feature overly talky, less intelligible than the Mad Hatter's tea party and only occasionally humorous. Nov 22, 2019 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Rated: 2/5 Aug 6, 2005 Full Review Read all reviews
