William Schwartz HanCinema There are a lot of ways that "A Frozen Flower" is gross and creepy, even by the standards of 2008. May 4, 2024 Full Review Panos Kotzathanasis Asian Movie Pulse Some aspects about how the story unfolds are a bit far-fetched, while the melodramatic element could not be missing here also, but as a whole, it emerges as an excellent movie, particularly in the way it offers entertainment and visual pleasure Rated: 7 Jan 4, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Daniel O Beautiful movie with great story Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/21/23 Full Review Audience Member I think everything on it it's perfection. The acting, directing, soundtrack, story. Just one of the best things I have ever watched in my life Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member TBH. i was not expecting to have such massive introspective after watching this movie. i am no good at reviews, but i had to let out these thoughts i have in mind before it evaporates. this story wasn't so bad, compared to the mediocre ratings others labeled on this film cos mine was different. 1. the queen was indeed empty. * u could read her face- blank & insecure of herself. but soon as he felt intimacy. that longingness made her revived into a new persona. for once she felt not alone. she felt to be loved. and witnessed the little gestures the heneral had shown to be pleasing. she was way too appreciative & considerate of feelings. she knew empathy. * she's strong of her decision. she never did waver. 1. unlike, the general who was too indecisive. a LOT. * for all i could see, he fell from the gentleness of the queen. he felt empathic toward her. he wanted to help fade that emptiness they both had. * he might have been truly fed up of the amount of love the king had for him. * he couldn't seem to place which way to pick. he entrapped himself with two options. (( these two characters portray the youth love. that infatuation ugh. the recklessness & fresh & physical love )) on the other hand. the king was sincere. he's way more mature & knew what he truly wanted & needed. he had let all white lies slide, he gave bunch of chances. his love bloomed but as soon as his trust was broken his love turned frozen. the king's love became blind adoration upon hearing from the general how he loved the queen. at the end, they chose angst in dealing with their mutual affliction. it's like. if i can't have u, nor anyone can. & as for the wavering general instead of seeking for the queen he chose to get back at the place of his other mates & soon as he found none at the house, he went again to the palace & saw everyone he loved died. he's left, empty handed & choosing to end everything. (( have u seen the last gesture of the general did? before he could draw his last breath, he chose to turn his head to gaze at the king's face. does this mean? he wronged himself. like look. THE loyalty of his friends were purely commendable. he was dying, & was relieved that the queen was still alive. but he looked back!!!, was he having last thoughts? last retrospective! like how he just found the sincerity of his friends after he lost them? just like how he lost the king. because it's so sad!!! all died because of trust, loyalty, sincerity & these three elements are in good packaging of genuine love. they all felt being loved at least. but all were matter of coincidences & missed chances. they could have resolve it but idk how. still quite saddened how the years you have built with someone garnering enough trust, being comfortable with each other, & genuinely putting your guards down could instantly ruin by one decision. the good point here was, love should not be misconceived so small because it's not always about the spice, the pleasure or that physical love. i think it's all about the inside, the seeds you will be planting & the efforts to let it bloom into a beautiful flower like how u should give importance to each other's companionship. because if u want love to last u need to water it with whole sincerity & efforts to always understand. it shall be a comfort zone. it must feel liberating & able to fix misconceptions in a true & most convenient way. these three characters took love for granted. deeply overwhelmed by the downside & regretted at the end which had lead to losing people involved & to having empty handed. i rate this 3 stars because the two stars are for the leading roles. may they rest in peace & find love in the other time of universe. bye im out. this head hurts. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is a must watch. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Too overlong. And, it reminds me every bit of < The Legend Of The Swordsman > but way much inferior. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the most hateful bl tragedies ever. I was fucking laughing and shock at the same time with the castrating climax scene. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
