Two con men -- Prince Boris Caminov (George Givot) and Cedric B. Cromwell (Alan Dinehart) -- concoct a plan to manipulate British butler Jeeves (Arthur Treacher) into thinking he's the heir to the Sir Francis Drake estate in order to swindle naive Americans out of their fortunes.
