if you don't like this, you hate HAVING FUN! Mariangela Melato being ridiculously beautiful in costume design, her voice tone being as high as my adrenaline peak everytime she said something atrocious, which, for me, as a latina woman, is chaotic good. the set design just stupendous, the imensous tones of blue of the sea! and the sexiness, ohh, the tension! the desire! deliciously fun and funny. sometimes we don't want a new version of the communist manifesto, we just wanna have fun sexy times with ethical posture! and the movie itself has it. Lina Wertmüller made films for the people (and I AM the people).
