Logan D Just before a major storm hits, a young boy vanishes from a town. His friend hides a secret that will haunt him to adulthood. An interpersonal drama and character study that covers two ages of the main character. The first hour he's around 12 and the second he's 27. The majority of each period is around Christmas. I found the first hour more intriguing than the second and thought the twists at the end could've been foreshadowed better. Still, I found it an enjoyable view if you don't mind dark films. The storm is Cyclone Lothar, now considered the worst European windstorm of the 20th Century.
