George R.R. Martin's best-selling book series "A Song of Ice and Fire" is brought to the screen as HBO sinks its considerable storytelling teeth into the medieval fantasy epic. It's the depiction of two powerful families -- kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars and honest men -- playing a deadly game for control of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, and to sit atop the Iron Throne. Martin is credited as a co-executive producer and one of the writers for the series, whose shooting locations include Northern Ireland, Malta, Croatia and Spain.

This is by far the best show I’ve EVER seen in my life. That says something because in very critical when it comes to shows/movies as I’m very critical. I’m usually able to guess what’s about to happen in most movies/shows and I could never guess what’s was happening next. There could’ve been more action but since it’s such a good plot every episode that makes up for it. Amazing cast, amazing storyline, just all around amazing. I genuinely hated Cersei and Joffrey and genuinely wanted to hurt them in real life while watching, which goes to show you how good the acting is. I recommend this show to anyone that needs a good/great shown and entertainment.
