Ben Dowell Times (UK) The ambition of this show is nevertheless breathtaking, even if at times you feel that scriptwriter Tom Moran has chucked just about every TV drama ingredient he can think of into a cauldron... Rated: 4/5 Oct 19, 2024 Full Review Maggie Boccella Collider Season 2 of The Devil's Hour on Prime Video improves on an already great formula, with the cast stepping up its game for the second chapter. Rated: 8/10 Oct 18, 2024 Full Review Lacy Baugher Paste Magazine Thankfully, the series’ second outing, free of the narrative shackles meant to try and obfuscate the true nature of the bonkers story the show is telling, feels much more confident and compelling. Julia B Having loved season 1, I couldn’t wait for the second season. This did not disappoint and I managed to binge it in one day. The twist and turns are gripping and there’s so much room to play with in season 3. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/11/24 Full Review Paul D Excellent show. Explores the idea of eternal recurrence — but with a tiny amount of wiggle-room in ‘recur’. I would definitely recommend brushing up on S1 before watching S2. The show packs a lot of plot into a relatively small amount of time and does not hold your hand putting it together. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/02/24 Full Review Gary M Really good show worthy of a watch Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 11/02/24 Full Review Ocean Z I loved season 1 and watched it multiple times. Season 2 is even better. The tension and suspense got me in the edge of my seat. I was disappointed by only 5 episodes and ending the season with lots of unresolved issues though Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/31/24 Full Review Jennifer M We were very excited to watch season 2. The show is well acted, plenty of suspense. Three episodes in and my husband and I had to keep pausing to remind each other what we were watching. Which character, which timeline. We even debated how many timelines we were seeing. I don't want to give away spoilers but to go two full seasons and have no answers on the main "who done it" is too long. In addition, you introduced new characters more than halfway through the second season....as if we didn't have enough to keep track of. Huge disappointment, so much promise wasted. Now your audience has to worry about a third season and whether they will ever know. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 10/30/24 Full Review Tracey T I've given up 3 episodes in. Series 1 was really good. Series 2 has been randomly thrown together. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/28/24 Full Review Read all reviews
