James Kidnie
An alumni of Banting Memorial High School in Alliston, Ontario, Canada, James Kidnie has been acting in small roles film and television since 1980. His very first performance was in the 1980 feature film "Head On," in which he played undercover cop Sonny. He played mostly bit parts in film and television shows throughout the 1980s, in projects that include "American Playhouse," "Perry Mason Returns," and the made-for-television movie "The Park is Mine." In 1994 Kidnie had a recurring role on the TV series "Robocop," based on the film of the same name. Kidnie played William Ray "Pudface" Morgan on the show that followed the activities of a cybernetic policeman who fights crime and corporate conspiracy. From 2004 to 2006, Kidnie enjoyed yet another recurring role as J.P. Kranyek on the TV series "This is Wonderland." "This is Wonderland" is a Canadian legal drama that follows the career of a fledgling criminal attorney, played by Cara Pifko, who struggles to maintain her ideals in the face of a chaotic legal system. Kidnie was featured in some hit movies of the '90s, including "Booty Call," "Mimic," and "The Crush," starring Alicia Silverstone, about an adolescent girl's dangerous obsession with an older man.
