Internationally, New Zealand-born actor and comedian Mark Hadlow is best known for his work with fellow Kiwi Peter Jackson. Their collaboration reaches back to Jackson's 1989 cult puppet film "Meet the Feebles," and includes roles in the blockbusters "King Kong" and "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey," in which he plays the key role of cantankerous dwarf Dori. Back home in New Zealand, Hadlow is recognized as both a dramatic actor and a comedian, having co-starred in films such as the true-crime mystery "Beyond Reasonable Doubt" and swashbuckling adventure "Nate and Hayes," and on the family sitcom "The Billy T. James Show," starring the popular Maori comedian.
