Based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman, this gritty drama portrays life in the months and years that follow a zombie apocalypse. A group of survivors travel in search of safety and security, constantly on the move in search of a secure home. But the pressure each day to stay alive sends many in the group to the deepest depths of human cruelty, and they soon discover that the overwhelming fear of the survivors can be more deadly than the zombies walking among them. At times, the interpersonal conflicts present a greater threat to their continuing survival than the walkers that roam the country.

Adrián Álvarez Espinof Things have to change, or this series will keep being a living dead. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 3/5 Dec 20, 2019 Full Review David Hogan hoganreviews.co.uk With only one character I even care about left in the cast TWD is getting harder to watch. The "bonus" episodes at the end didn't help my opinion on S10 any either... Rated: 3/5 Aug 30, 2021 Full Review Cameron Bonomolo ComicBook.com With these deeply compelling and contained character pieces that play like 45-minute movies, the extended Season 10 bonus episodes are unlike anything The Walking Dead has ever done before. Rated: 4/5 Feb 15, 2021 Full Review Vinnie Mancuso Collider This show is still a huge ensemble where far too much of that ensemble has the same issues, and they will be discussing them for several scenes at a time. But there's no denying season 10 zips with an energy this world hasn't felt in a long time. Rated: 3/5 Dec 16, 2019 Full Review Kirsten Acuna Insider There's no doubt The Walking Dead can continue without its lead star Andrew Lincoln... TWD's strength is in its core heroes - Reedus, McBride, and Gurira - and villains, who are actually worth fearing. Rated: B+ Nov 21, 2019 Full Review Dominic Patten Deadline Hollywood Daily TWD... is very much alive and kicking in its tenth season, which is a true return to the horror that always characterized the best of the series. Purple P the season very bad, sucks Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/03/24 Full Review Big R yessssss…………………………….. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/18/24 Full Review Nick S This was the first season, I believe, that I hadn't watched ever before. It's a bit of a hot mess and it was hard to keep track (admittedly, I only played it in the background while working). There are some interesting moments but overall the show has become more like low-budget marvel superhero show, it lost all of its realism and they're embracing it. Weird cast departures and returns aren't helping either. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/11/24 Full Review Audience Member Brilliant season of television! This show is fantastic! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/27/24 Full Review Gorptholemew T 🍅 6.3/10 Poor Lucile no not the girl the bat. This feels like part greatness part mess. Here's negen is one of the best episodes of recent walking dead seasons. I will say you really feel Covid effecting this season with a couple nothing episodes that don't do this season any favors. What a mixed bag of a season. Grade B Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/07/24 Full Review Tarek A After 11 painful years this show has come to an end with some degree of closure. I was literally a different person when I started the journey with Rick and the gang, and I have matured and hardened since then due to the harsh world, much like the fictional protagonists. If I were to sum up the primary lesson of the series, it is the folly of blind trust in leadership and the terrible price innocent people pay when they are part of a social experiment run by some sociopath or megalomaniac. It always ends the same, some brave people build a small settlement and push back the dead horde, only to discover their greatest threat was inside the walls, their very own leaders. I beg and plead all those who watch this series to always use their own judgement and never blindly follow selfish leaders, whether we have an apocalypse or not. There are plenty of Walking Dead shows now, some launched in parallel to this mother show, and some spun off from beloved characters. But there is something unique and special about this original crew, in that they have remained the most consistent in character and decorum, despite terrible odds. They came together as strangers in the face of terrible doom, and they stuck with each other, and never once compromised their humanity. The final episodes of the final season paid a beautiful homage to all those members of the family who gave their lives in selfless sacrifice and passed the torch to others. For the very few that made it to the final moments alive, one can indeed feel the terrible survivor guilt, but they also show a hopeful optimism for the future. The utopia that ended the series is desirable, and that is how I want to remember this original crew. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/01/23 Full Review Read all reviews
