Anthony Ireland
Anthony Ireland was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In 1935, he appeared in "Closing at Sunrise" at the Royalty Theatre in London. In 1957, he appeared in "Roar Like a Dove" at the Phoenix Theatre in London. In 1927, he made his screen debut in the short "La traviata." Ireland began his career with a role in the Douglas Fairbanks Jr. crime drama "Jump For Glory" (1937). Ireland then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "The Gambler and the Lady" (1952). Ireland was most recently credited in "I Accuse" (1958). Ireland passed away in December 1957 at the age of 55.
