Arthur Vinton

Arthur Vinton was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Vinton kickstarted his acting career in various films such as "The Viking" (1931), "Man Against Woman" (1932) and the drama "Washington Merry-Go-Round" (1932) with Lee Tracy. He also appeared in the comedy "Blondie Johnson" (1933) with Joan Blondell and "Central Airport" (1933). His film career continued throughout the thirties in productions like "Gambling Ship" (1933), "Heroes For Sale" (1933) and "Lilly Turner" (1933). He also appeared in "When Strangers Marry" (1933) and "Cross Country Cruise" (1934). Toward the end of his career, he continued to act in the musical "Dames" (1934) with Joan Blondell, "Gambling Lady" (1934) and "Jealousy" (1934). He also appeared in "The Man Trailer" (1934). Vinton last acted in "Circumstantial Evidence" (1935). Vinton passed away in February 1963 at the age of 74.
