With a successful directing career, Del Lord boasts the ability to create compelling screen images. In 1920, he made his directorial debut with "Pals and Petticoats." In 1941, he directed "All the World's A Stooge." In 1952, he directed his final film, "Paradise for Buster." Lord's first experience as a director was on "Trapped By Television" (1936). Next came "She's a Sweetheart" (1944). in the fortiesLater in his career, Lord directed "In Fast Company" (1946) with Leo Gorcey. Lord passed away in March 1970 at the age of 76.
