Ed LeSaint
Edward LeSaint was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. LeSaint worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "For the Defense" (1930), "The Feud" (1919) starring Tom Mix and "The Fighting Marshal" (1931) starring Tim McCoy. He also contributed to "The Range Feud" with Buck Jones (1931), "The Wolf and His Mate" (1917) and "Two Moons" with Buck Jones (1920). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the thirties, appearing in the mystery "Thirteen Women" (1932) with Ricardo Cortez, "Virtue" (1932) and "Torch Singer" (1933). He also appeared in the western "The Thrill Hunter" (1933) with Buck Jones. In the latter half of his career, he continued to act in "Fighting Shadows" (1935), the musical "The Big Broadcast of 1936" (1935) with Jack Oakie and "On Probation" (1935). He also appeared in "Sons of Steel" (1935) and the George O'Brien western "Thunder Mountain" (1935). LeSaint more recently acted in "Jesse James" (1939) with Tyrone Power. LeSaint passed away in September 1940 at the age of 70.
