Gustav Mahler worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Mahler began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like the drama "The Peace Game" (1969) with Arthur Pentelow, the Shirley Stoler crime picture "The Honeymoon Killers" (1970) and the dramatic adaptation "Death in Venice" (1971) with Dirk Bogarde. His music also appeared in "Klara Lust" (1972) and the Jurgen Ebert drama "Zwischen Zwei Kriegen" (1977). In the eighties, Mahler's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like "To Market, to Market" (1987) with Philip Quast, "Sterben werd' ich, um zu leben - Gustav Mahler" (1987) with Reinhard Hauser and the Andras Szirtes experimental "Lenz" (1987). Mahler's music was most recently featured in "5 to 7" (2015). In the nineties, Mahler lent his talents to projects like "All Things Fair" with Johan Widerberg (1996), "Homecoming: Little But Tough Part 2" with Sandor Gaspar (1998) and "Whispering Pages" with Aleksandr Cherednik (1998).
