Jack Melford
Jack Melford was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Melford began his career with a role in the Douglas Fairbanks Jr. crime drama "Jump For Glory" (1937). Melford then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in the John Mills drama "The October Man" (1947) and "The Ladykillers" (1956). Later in his career, Melford acted in "A Shot in the Dark" (1964) with Peter Sellers. Melford passed away in October 1972 at the age of 73.
