James Young
James Young's successful career as a director was driven by his limitless imagination and undying ability to capture emotion. Young received his start directing independent films, including early work on "The Deep Purple" (1916). Coming to fruition in those years were films like "Mickey" (1918) and "A Daughter of Two Worlds" (1920). Later in his career, Young directed "The Bells" (1926). Young was married to Clara Kimball Young. Young passed away in June 1948 at the age of 76.
