John Hall
John Hall worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Hall's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as the western "The Wild West Show" (1928) with Hoot Gibson, "Lady in the Dark" (1944) and "The Michigan Kid" (1947). He also appeared in "Midnight" (1980) with Lawrence Tierney and "No Nukes" (1980). Hall was nominated for a Special Effects Academy Award for "The Invisible Woman" in 1941. In the eighties, Hall devoted his time to various credits, such as "In Our Hands" (1983) starring Dr. Helen Caldicott, "Quiet Cool" with James Remar (1986) and "Can't Buy Me Love" with Patrick Dempsey (1987). He also worked on "Coffee Coloured Children" (1988) starring Haley McKay. More recently, he tackled roles in the Michael J Pollard horror flick "Heartstopper" (1992), the comedy "Houseguest" (1995) with Sinbad and "Sudden Death" (1995) with Jean-Claude van Damme. He also appeared in the drama "Detention" (1998) with Charisse Browne. Hall's music was most recently featured in the Amy Smart drama "Love N' Dancing" (2009). Hall also contributed music to the John Travolta dramatic adaptation "Primary Colors" (1998).
