Mario Novelli

Mario Novelli was an actor who was familiar with the qualities it takes to bring a drama to the big screen. Novelli began his acting career with roles in such films as "Fraulein Doktor" (1969) with Suzy Kendall, the Mariangela Melato drama "L' Arbre de Guernica" (1975) and the Thomas Kerr drama "Scorticateli Vivi" (1978). In the eighties and the 2010s, Novelli devoted his time to various credits, such as "Sangraal la spada di Fuoco" (1983), "The Sword of the Barbarians" (1983) starring Peter MacCoy and "Delta Force Commando" (1990). He also worked on "Year of the Gun" with Andrew McCarthy (1991), "Nicholas' Gift" (CBS, 1997-98) and "Exorcist: The Beginning" with Stellan Skarsgård (2004). Most recently, Novelli worked on "The Face of an Angel" (2015) with Kate Beckinsale.
