Nathaniel Hawthorne worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Hawthorne worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "The Scarlet Letter" with Lillian Gish (1926) and "The House of the Seven Gables" (1940). Hawthorne also appeared in "Twice Told Tales" (1963), "Der Scharlachrote Buchstabe" (1972) and "Young Goodman Brown" (1994) starring John P Ryan. Later in his career, Hawthorne worked on "Party" (1995).
