Pat Patterson was widely known for his acting on the big screen. Early on in his acting career, Patterson landed roles in various films, including "Bottoms Up" (1934) with Spencer Tracy, "Charlie Chan in Egypt" (1935) and the Norma Shearer comedy adaptation "Idiot's Delight" (1939). He also appeared in "Gas-s-s-s!" (1970) and the drama "The Traveling Executioner" (1970) with Stacy Keach. His film career continued throughout the eighties in productions like the biographical drama "Coal Miner's Daughter" (1980) with Sissy Spacek, the Richard Burton drama "Circle of Two" (1981) and the biopic "If You Could See What I Hear" (1982) with Marc Singer. Patterson was most recently credited in "Younger" (TV Land, 2014-). Patterson passed away in October 1989 at the age of 74.
