Robert Agnew was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Agnew's earliest roles were in film, including "A Dangerous Game" (1922), "Bluebeard's Eighth Wife" (1923) and "Prodigal Daughters" (1923). He also appeared in "Woman-Proof" (1923) and "Wine" (1924). He kept working in film throughout the twenties and the fifties, starring in "Wine of Youth" (1924) with Eleanor Boardman, "Slightly Used" (1927) and "The Naughty Flirt" (1931) with Alice White. He also appeared in the adaptation "Gold Diggers of 1933" (1933) with Warren William. In the fifties and the sixties, Agnew lent his talents to projects like "Cry Baby Killer" with Harry Lauter (1958), "The Bonnie Parker Story" (1958) and "Master of the World" with Vincent Price (1961). His credits also expanded to "Beach Party" (1963) starring Robert Cummings and "Operation Bikini" (1963). Agnew last worked on "Get Smart" (CBS, 1965-1970). Agnew passed away in November 1983 at the age of 84.
