In this loose interpretation of the classic Jules Verne tale, the vengeful Capt. Nemo (Sean Lawlor) has descended further into madness. Commanding his formidable undersea vessel, Nemo seeks to destroy anyone outside of his adopted ocean realm. Luckily for the rest of humanity, Lt. Michael Arronax (Lorenzo Lamas), aided by Lt. Cmdr. Lucille Conciel (Natalie Stone) and others, is on hand to try to stop Nemo's destructive quest for world domination.

We thought it would be terrible but we needed to confirm so watched. Sure enough it was terrible. Probably more like "worse than terrible". I can think of other words but I'm not allowed to swear on here.

OMG! What a piece of crap!! They sh burn every copy! Embarrassing. Stupid from the word ‘go'. Simple plot is so predictable. Terrible acting. Ridiculous costumes. It was hard to watch.

Though it suffers from The Asylum's traditional production cramps and a vapor cast, 30,000 Leagues Under the Sea's script does feature multiple strengths, making this one of the most watchable Asylum movies, up there with Bermuda Tentacles and their interpretation of War of the Worlds. P.S. Noting Captain Nemo appears in both this movie and their adaptation of The Mysterious Island, as well as this movie sharing a character with Nazis at the Center of the Earth, have Asylum successfully connected all their movies based off of his work?

Actually not bad. Lorenzo Lamos had the cocky Han Solo thing going and the guy that plays Nemo was over the top greatness. CGI was iffy but had a lot of underwater suspense.
