A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors offers an imaginative and surprisingly satisfying rebound for a franchise already starting to succumb to sequelitis.

JACK B Not to take anything away from the original film, Dream Warriors is my absolute favourite of the franchise and one of the best horror sequels ever! From the many creative dream sequences and kills to the great characters, notably Kincaid, to Englund's performance as Krueger, injecting fear and comedy in perfect amounts, this movie is an absolute blast of a thrill ride to watch. And let's not forget about the kick-ass soundtrack! Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 11/26/24 Full Review Wendel L Direção: Ok Atuação: Ok Roteiro: Ok Caracterização: Bom Soundtrack: OK Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/24/24 Full Review Omar G A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987), rated 7/10 stars. Heather Langenkamp as Nancy Thompson, Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger, Patricia Arquette as Kristen Parker, Jennifer Rubin as Taryn White, Brooke Bundy as Elaine Parker, Stacey Alden as Nurse Marcie and John Saxon. Dream Warriors Nancy Thompson, Kristen Parker, Taryn White, Jennifer Caulfield, Roland Kincaid, Phillip Anderson, Joey Crusel, Will Stanton, Sister Mary Helena/Amanda Krueger vs. Freddy Krueger. Philip's death and Jennifer's death were the best in the movie. The good themes Dream Warriors, Dokken's Into the Fire. Frank Darabont is only remembered for the Stephen King adaptations of The Shawshank Redemption (1994), The Green Mile (1999) and The Mist (2007), which are only seen once or twice. A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987) and all the films in the franchise can be seen hundreds of times. In adapting the Craven and Wagner script, Russell and Darabont added some crosses and holy water nonsense straight from the Hammer films. Donald Thompson was poorly written in this film by Darabont, was better in Craven's script and was vindicated in The New Nightmare (1994). In Bruce Wagner and Wes Craven's Dream Warriors Draft, Freddy had another origin, he was born a mutant and Kristen Parker could travel through time in dreams. I find that interesting instead of three demons giving him power and him being the son of a nun and 100 maniacs. Nancy becomes a ghost like Wes Craven did in Shocker (1989), with Allison (Camille Cooper). In Shocker, the scene where the TV gives Pinker power and says you got it, baby! In the movie it was Welcome to prime time! A chase through reality and dreams in the script took Shocker off the TV channels. Cutting the eyelids was from Bruce Wagner and Wes Craven's draft for A Nightmare on Elm Street 3 Dream Warriors, The novelization was similar to Wes Craven and Bruce Wagner's draft, A Nightmare on Elm Street Parts 1, 2, 3: The Continuing Story, released in 1987, written by Jeffrey Cooper. When AI technology is perfected hopefully someone will turn Craven and Wagner's draft into a fan film and put it on YouTube. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/25/24 Full Review Rowan C It was a step up from the second one without a doubt. I liked how these gifted kids came together and beat Freddy using their dream powers. I don't think that it is quite better than the first, but I'm glad that they took the right direction after disappointing so many viewers with the second installment in the franchise. I loved the cast, and I loved even more that Nancy got to end her story helping these kids conquer their fears. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/23/24 Full Review Read all reviews
