By far the best movie out of his goatee-era. (2013-now) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/15/24 Full Review lord b I want to move to hollywood and remake all seagal movies with sword n sorcery background and girls with big tits n long hair n short outfits! AWEOSME FUN!!! Turn off your math brain and enjoy an adventure! I persoanlly liek seagal himself doing more of the fighting not his henchmen but ehy sometimes u need to assembel a team. Great fun and Seagal should be funed more he is awesome on screen esp if he lost 40 pounds n got back in shape as some good director could motivate him to!! Audiences love ass kicking!! I wish he would tema with guy richtie or dario argento or hek even michael bay!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/22/24 Full Review William D One of the worst movies I have ever seen and has ever been made. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/27/23 Full Review Chris M Axe is a ex-solider turned pacifist has to find a teen girl with special powers. Believe she can heel a drug trafficker who has a sensitivity to light. So he can continue his evil business. Even though most bosses in drug traffickers don't get their hand dirty and stay in their officer and give orders. Plus, most drug trafficking is done at night, so this really makes no sense. How is this condition hindering his drug trafficking, at all? Several times people can to him asking to find their missing child and his answer is pretty much, "Sucks to be them." Other than plot there was no reason why this girl would be any different. Plus, this town has a huge human trafficking crime problem that isn't even addressed in the movie. Either that or horrible parents if most are running away. Maybe Segal needs to retire. Everything is awful about this movie. The dumb plot, the fact he has the ability to do something but because he failed to save one girl refused to help anyone else makes him just an asshole. The pacing, the villain, even the fights are bad. Worst Steven Segal movie ever, and that's saying something. But sadly I think he probably going to make worse since 2018. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/14/23 Full Review Audience Member It has been a long time since Steven Seagal has done a movie this good. The story, the acting, and the filming are all very good. This story of a soldier trying to live in piece in Far East Asia when he is called to save a kidnapped music is very good. Seagal is likable in this one. His fighting style is very good but it is not his usual Aikido but a Kung Fu/Wing Chun style that he has either learned or adapted very well. The fight choreography and action scenes are a little choppy for my taste but overall I would love more of these from Seagal. Written and Produced by him and Directed by another person may be the key. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Steven Seagal punches his way through yet another snoozer. The fight scenes editing is so choppy you can barely see what’s going on. Story is clitched with the same old Chinese music seems to play in every film. The acting isn’t very good and the script is forgettable. Steven Seagal really needs to retire. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 08/28/20 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
