Steve A classic from when I was a young grasshopper . Recently rewatched and still alright for a marital arts flick . The film was from 91 but the quality looks more like 1970s , besides that it was cool having a martial arts movie take place in Cali . Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/23/23 Full Review bill t Cheesy from the get go, this movie about two step brothers, their evil dad, their greasemonkey uncle, a slain crooked businessman, his daughter, her dog, and all their many many kung fu adventures certainly have crammed everything into this movie, with amazing results. This one is so bad, and so cheesy, so of course, so much fun to watch. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Good bad martial arts flick, only movie I know to feature Bolo Yeung in a dress. Non-stop fight scenes keep the awful acting to a minimal. Hilarious final scene at a kids martial arts tournament, where two teens beat each other nearly to death! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member This flick blew my mind it is unreal. The Moore brothers return home from Nam with all limbs intact and an orphaned Vietbanese boy (they name him Charlie hahaha) , who grows up to be Data from The Goonies. It is worth watching for seeing Chong Li from Bloodsport in drag, plus the part where the Mammy's boy henchman breaks down is one of the funniest things, I have ever seen. The soundtrack is immense and Jerry Trimble's tan makes David Dickinson look like an Albino. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review dave j Friday, August 16, 2013 (1991) Breathing Fire MARTIAL ARTS ACTION Do you know that little Chinese kid in Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom Indy adopt as Short Round, well he's older now and one of the two stars in this low budget entertaining martial arts movie. This pass is not for the storyline and the acting since it's mediocre as ever but for the well choreographed fights which one of the problems with many martial art films is that they look too fake since upon figthing no one hardly touches with one another. In this one we get to see what some of these characters can do which is obviously too far fetch in real life but at last it's full contact and without the use of any CGI or wiring. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Bolo Yeung is in this, and its great... Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
