Craig Mathieson The Age (Australia) At just six episodes, this is a small-scale Marvel venture, leaning towards an adolescent audience, that’s not tied to previous stories but does possess a fair measure of galvanising energy. Rated: 3/5 Aug 18, 2025 Full Review Dan Einav Financial Times Ironheart fares better with the human element of the story. Though perhaps human isn’t the right word, given that the series’ most rewarding scenes revolve around Riri’s slightly uncanny friendship with Natalie... Rated: 3/5 Jul 1, 2025 Full Review Wenlei Ma The Nightly (AU) A likeable series with a cracking lead. It may not rock your world, but you also won’t regret time spent in Riri Williams’ company. Jun 30, 2025 Full Review Sarah Marrs Lainey Gossip Ironheart has some interesting ideas and themes, and a killer soundtrack, but in the end, it’s another mediocre Marvel. Jul 23, 2025 Full Review Joshua Ryan The Cosmic Circus Dominique Thorne brings a vulnerability, masked by a veil of confidence, to the character that makes her feel genuine. Jul 19, 2025 Full Review Jared Mobarak Hey, Have You Seen ...? So, like most of the post-Endgame fare, it’s ultimately a commercial for bigger possibilities. That’s fine for entertainment purposes, so I did enjoy the ride. Rated: 6/10 Jul 18, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Lucas G This series is completely disgusting, and I honestly can’t believe it was ever created. It should not exist in any possible way, shape, or form, full stop. There’s no excuse, no justification, and no artistic value to redeem it. Every episode feels wrong, unnecessary, and fundamentally misguided. I refuse to support it, and I won’t pretend otherwise. Shame on whoever thought this was a good idea. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/19/25 Full Review Audience Member Stupid script and terrible acting. Absolute trash. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/19/25 Full Review Jeff C I really enjoyed Ironheart. It had an engaging story and characters, but I do think it’s judged best in a vacuum. One that ignores that Riri is being presented as a hero, one that ignores her internship with Wakanda, and one that doesn’t care ‘what that character looked like in the comics’. I understand these things bothered some people, but they didn’t make me enjoy the show any less. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 08/19/25 Full Review Ira G First episode begins promising enough but rapidly loses direction. Riri is extremely unsympathetic character, hard to imagine how joining a crime ring to pay for her research is justified, lack of homage to Stark is not helpful to maintain what audience Disney would expect for this show. DIfficult to make it through epsiode 1, lost all interest 5 minutes into episode 2. I hope not to see this character make it to Doomsday unless it is for Downey Jr to exact revenge for ruining the Iron legacy. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/15/25 Full Review Jeff B A fine Marvel show. The review bombing on this is ridiculous. If anything the show could have been more streamlined and made into a movie. It’s a good entry to the MCU. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/15/25 Full Review Audience Member Story is bad, the introduction of the Main character is so extremely unsympathetic i couldnt believe how you can disrespect Iron man that much. The character that was the beginning of Marvels success. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/15/25 Full Review Read all reviews
