Others said it already. Pierre Prieur, the lead actor, is very handsome and there are quite a few scenes where he is naked. Unfortunately this is the main selling point of the movie. Which is a shame, as it has some interesting points to make, some mysterious symbols to play with and it has something to say about relationships and those outside of normal society.
Unfortunately, the movie falls short in everything else except showing a pretty, shy young man with puppy eyes in different poses and degrees of nakedness.
Prieur plays Maurice, a street kid in NYC from France who sleeps in abandoned vehicles, works at a burger joint and uses the money earned there to box at a local club. He sleeps with a knife and has nightmares about drowning in the harbour as well as a mysterious man with a fedora.
One day, the staff of the club "Bizarre" chat him up and convince him to work for them. It's one of those body carnival joints. Especially the bartender Luka falls in love with him.
So far, so good - there are amazing movies with weaker premises or ideas. Unfortunately, the director didn't know what to do with any of them.
He ruins the pacing of the movie by first trying to make it appear like a mockumentary. Maurice tells us "the reason I'm talking to you in English is because the director made me", we have typical slice of life scenes where we see the characters having breakfast and welcoming the "new boy" with croissants. In that part, which lasts by far too long, Maurice is the shy, introvert boy only reacting by glancing, maybe a faint smile.
We eventually see the darker parts of his psyche, but the movie has wasted so much time before that we can't fully experience the transition from the "quiet, mysterious" kid to the "dangerous kid with a tragic past".
The final showdown is so rushed, it will leave you unsatisfied and a little angry.
Don't watch it.

Led by the beautiful Pierre Prieur, Bizarre is just that. Some scenes were so out there I could not watch. Maurice, played by Prieur, finds the club Bizarre, a place celebrating any sexual fetish live, on stage. After the film's completion, I'm still not sure what I watched. But I'll see it again.
How much of the film was real? How much was in the imagination of Maurice, including the closing sequence.
There is a sequel. I intend to see it as soon as it is available. And Pierre Prieur is yet another young actor with depth and something to say. Follow him.

Around 90% of the plot of movie seems to be the about the struggle of a straight teenager coming to terms with being in love with a extremely girlish looking guy and yet not been able to have a full relationship not due to him being in the closet but by him being simply straight. In that part the movie was good, but then it all went downhill when, with absolutely no character development whatsoever, some guy taken out of Sherlock Holmes universe, shows up, ends up dead in a set of very confusing video clips that tell you nothing and the star decides to set the club to explode with all of its occupants inside for no reason. And yet again, go inside a train with no clothes and no other explanation that "I'm invisible".
It gets from me 2.5 starts because of the character development of Kim, Luca, especially Luca and Charlie. But it loses another 2.5 stars for the absence of any character development, explanation or sense at all for Maurice. One thing is for a movie to be odd or bizarre, and a completely different one is for a movie to have a rushed, unexplained 20-minute ending.
tl,dr: It tries to be Shortbus, it becomes Shortplot.

Pointless, aimless. The ending is ridiculous. Good cast wasted! I dont mind movies that leave ideas to the viewers imagination. But this film is devoid of any ideas, it has no point to make. Just scene after scene of nothing....
