This movie is truly awful, it makes Christians look bad, and is so badly done at times it comes off almost as a comedy. It is arrogant and poorly acted. When I am watching the news and someone is telling me what to believe, I ask the question "Would Jesus walk with that person?" It is my touchstone. And Jesus would not walk with any part of this movie.
Skip this movie and watch The Broken Road, A Week Away….there are so many great Christian movies out there.

Possibly one of the worst acted movie of all time. now I'm not religious, but my friend is, and she just loathed the main girl, calling her "pushy and self-righteous" the script was awful, the characters stupid, and the story line terrible. 2 hours of my time that could have been spent doing something more worthwhile , like watching the snow on my window melt

Hands-down the absolute WORST piece of rubbish I've ever, ever seen. Just terrible. Stupid story, terrible acting, a physician whose part seemed to have been written by a 3rd grader. (Love it when a physician finds her terminal patient DEAD and the doctor screams and drops something. Wow.)
Obviously, this is blatant proselytizing, which I always find offensive. If I could give it a negative score in the rating stars, I would give it about a -20. On that scale of 1-5. Sit down and watch the second hand on a clock. It will be a lot more interesting and you'll get a heck of a lot more out of it. This thing is guaranteed to put you OFF going to church for LIFE.

C Me Dance is a religious film that inadvertantly ends up insulting Christians and becomes creepy and sinister in its messages. The film seems to believe that anyone that doesn't blindly believe in Christianity is wrong and need to be converted against their will, which the main character is more than delighted to do to anyone she pleases. This film perverts the religion it pretends to follow in the worst possible ways. On top of being a horrific and downright scary propaganda film, it's also just a shitty film by itself since the story is garbage, the acting is horrible, the dialogue is even worse than the acting, the religious messages that are flaunted are disgusting and vile, the music is crap, and it's also horribly boring despite being less than an hour-and-a-half. I'm not even particularly religious and I still found this film to be insulting and moronic. This film doesn't work on any level and the only redeemable moments are some unintentionally funny moments, which don't happen often enough. Unless you enjoy feeling insulted repeatedly and also enjoy being bored consistently, do not see this film. No self-respecting Christian would ever give this piece of shit a pass. Honestly, fuck you, C Me Dance and fuck you hard. Oh well, it's just another bad religious film I guess. Not much new there.

It may be considered nerdy or unhip, but I'm a fan of Christian cinema. Sure, some movies within the genre aren't made very well, but you could say the same about secular movies; remember the travesties that were "Gigli," "Swept Away," or "Valiant"? As a lover of family-friendly, uplifting entertainment, I find that Christian music, movies, books, etc., tends to deliver in a way that Disney Channel and Nickelodeon, as much as I love their productions, just can't. I'd first read about "C Me Dance" online, but didn't get my hands on it until seeing it at a yard sale earlier this year. I figured it would be great; what could go wrong with it?
Let's start with the good: The main plus about "C Me Dance" is its story; though the logic is strained--more on that later--it kept me glued to the TV. Also, each of the main actors did moderately well. The soundtrack, which featured contemporary Christian artists/bands, worked for the most part. However, all that is counteracted by some serious flaws: First off, the production values are nowhere near good; it's blatantly obvious that the budget for "C Me Dance" was terribly low. Not only that, but the story has some major problems. Satan coming to Earth, being obviously recognizable, and looking like an Arnold Schwarzenegger stunt double? A young lady being able to convert people just by touching them? A guy and girl brutally attacking said young lady and her father without any reason? Even the ending is tragic, and in more ways than one. What makes matters even worse is that a preacher is shown using a profanity; in a Christian movie, no less!
So, my thoughts? Unless you're a die-hard fan of Christian cinema, I'd suggest avoiding "C Me Dance" and checking out something by the Kendrick brothers instead. One wonders if the writers and producers ever realized what a monstrosity they were composing during the making of all this.
