Mike P Touches on some serious issues but this is very hackneyed Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/03/24 Full Review Audience Member mmm this was fine. i didn't dislike it but it's not really that likable either. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Mediocre TV Movie based on real events, Death of a Cheerleader had the potential in being a very good film, and instead it falls flat and ends up being quite boring. The film is mediocre and doesn't stand out. The result is very forgettable and doesn't have anything to grab your attention. I think it's a great shame because this film had so much potential in being a good film. If only the plot would have been a bit more developed and the cast a bit better. There some performances, unfortunately, there aren't any memorable ones for that matter. Terry O'Quinn gives the best performance here; unfortunately, it's not enough to elevate this drama from its mediocrity. This is a film that because it's a made for TV outing, it has limitations in telling a really good story, and I think that's a shame because this film could have been much more than what it turned out to be. There are far made for TV films out, there that are far better than this one. Don't expect anything with this one, you'll be disappointed. I felt that something was missing to really make this film worth watching, and having heard good things about it, I expected it to be a good film, and sadly I was disappointed. If you come across this film, don't expect anything out of it. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Kellie Martin is a great actress ans she proves so in Death Of A Cheerleader. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Another wonderful performance of Kellie Martin. Interesting plot. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Although Spelling's acting is terrible the aftermath of the death and the rest of the film is enjoyable.
