Michael C The 1960 science fiction film "Dinosaurus!" is not particularly memorable by any means, but that does not mean it is bad. Mediocre is a good word to describe the movie. The story is just OK. An engineering team building a pier on a Caribbean island accidentally stumbles upon a caveman and two dinosaurs who have been in suspended animation for millions of years. OK. That's pretty much all I can say about the movie. I do not particularly recommend it because it is so mediocre. If you do see it, I don't think you will hate it, but you may not remember it for very long. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/06/25 Full Review CodyZamboni Z Kid friendly movie is cheap, and cheesy, but mostly watchable due to the dino action , But the fun ceases anytime the unfrozen caveman shows up, Too much time spent on his unfunny schtick, Movie's best scene reminded me of the final battle in Aliens. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 12/15/24 Full Review Dan M Comical and corny. Not a great film by far, but for what it is it's not too bad. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 12/15/24 Full Review Dallas H This movie's production makes me think it is a blended version of Gilligan's Island and Land of the Lost. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/15/24 Full Review Audience Member I've always wondered if the fight between the steam shovel and the T-Rex in the film's climax influenced James Cameron when he filmed the climactic battle between Ripley in the loader and the Queen alien. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/24/24 Full Review Audience Member A classic in it's own curious way. Certainly, one that doesn't nearly get enough love.
