      Val K out of the older movies, this one wasn't bad. Much better than their first 2 attempts. Just a dark fantasy more than the DnD movie we wanted. They finally pulled it off in the 2023 movie. But if you're looking at the older movies, this 3rd one is better than the first 2. I wouldn't even bother watching the first one from 2000. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/07/23 Full Review Elvis D Esta entrega final de la trilogía no es muy diferente a la segunda película, a pesar de que es una historia derivada, pero se mantiene adentro del universo de "Dungeons & Dragons" por el material original que uso de referencia y es una adaptación que, de cierta forma, está más apegada a ella y es una mejora para la franquicia. Esta película utiliza uno de los libros oficiales de la franquicia como referencia y al igual que el libro, esta película se orienta a un público mucho más maduro. La segunda película tiene también un tono más oscuro y maduro, esta tercera película también lo tiene, pero es mucho más adulta. Llega incluso a tener un cierto tono terrorífico que es muy característico de la edad oscura. Al ser producida por After Dark Films, que fue responsable de la serie de películas "8 Films To Die For", se trata de una película para video mucho más decente y un poco mejor manejada. El presupuesto aquí también es moderado, pero la historia se encarga de todo. La producción, el vestuario y hasta el elenco son aceptables. Simplemente, es fascinante toda la cruzada que Grayson que atravesar para salvar a su padre teniendo que sacrificar sus votos de caballero. Si esta película hubiese sido hecha por un estudio más profesional, hubiera sido la mejor entrega de la franquicia, pero es una suerte que After Dark Films se haya encargado de producirla porque este estudio ha hecho películas de formato casero bastante decente en su mayoría a pesar del presupuesto. Con muchos elementos más hubiese sido una película excelente, pero por suerte es la adaptación más aceptable de la trilogía dependiendo que tan fanático se puede ser de "Dungeons & Dragons". The only way he could hope to find the abductors is to join the ranks of their evil mercenaries. His ethics and morals are tested, his faith is shaken, but he must rescue his father even if it means helping to reconstruct the dreaded Book of Vile Darkness! I doubt whoever wrote the review even read someone else's review on the movie let alone watched it themselves. This one has really awkward and gratuitous nudity. But the point where I gave up is when the undead child is sucking the fingers of the evil wizard and moaning. Too much cringe.
