Audience Member Pretty pointless. Matthew Lillard was good. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member It's ok I like the surfing vibe but this movie is hurt by annoying characters. A very Disappointing ending also lead this movie down the trail of fail. It's not to say I didn't enjoy it but I was offended at times. The movie made surfers look dumb. Mathew really brings the movie back and ties it down where it comes loose Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member End of summer and the journey to recover a stolen surfboard as a metaphor for coming of age. It's National Lampoon so you know a few things going in; it's not deep and you there are naked chicks. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Terrible, just terrible. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member A rather dull coming of age surfer film. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member According to Flixster and Rotten Tomatoes I am officially the 127th person who has seen this movie and one of 10 of those who actually enjoyed it. I find this humours. I think that this is one of those personal likes of mine. It's been a little while since I watched this but I remember that I enjoyed it all. It has a lot of dry humor in it that felt like borrowed humor from Adventureland. The poster for this is very missleading and does not apply to this film whatsoever. If I had seen this poster before I had seen the film, chances are I would have not even touched the thing. The title however is exactly relational to the mood you will have to be in to enjoy this film. It's a very relaxed and fun comedy that takes itself seriously when it should at just the right moments. I wish more people would check this one out, but it's hard to find a target audience for this kind of film. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
