jesse o This movie was fine at best. I felt it could've been much worse than it actually was, but it was by no means good. I don't know, I just didn't feel like I was watching something special. It just feels like a bunch of other, and probably, better films just merged together. And, of course, the movie gets a little weepy at the end, like a lot of Korean films. The good thing is that, again, the movie isn't that bad and Ko So-Young was charming in her role. Though when she yelled she definitely sounded like a hen and it was irritatingly annoying. The movie also does have a nice, though cliched, message about how no matter how hard you try you can't change certain events in your life and they're what make you what you are. That really is the message...again it cliched and corny but it is a fine message. The movie also has its sweet moments but the movie simply isn't funny, or interesting, enough to be more than just barely OK. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Really enjoyed this. Nice little story which involves going back in time and trying to change your life. The film is also entitled 'Project Makeover'.....which was why i couldn't find it at first on Flixster. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member I Like=P There are just things that you can never change, even if you had to go back in time. Your destiny is your fate, no matter what.. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member this is a cute and enjoyable film about going back & changing one's past. rather moving but also funny at times. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member This was a great Korean film - similar in theme to 13 going on 30. A 30 year old woman, who is unhappy with how her life is turning out, is given the chance to go back in time where she poses as her own distant cousin and tries to influence her 18 year old self to make the right decisions this time. Sweet and funny. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member I liked this one ... it's kinda of like a "how can I change my past" story with a twist. I like the lead actress -- she's been in many other Korean films. This type of movie suits her well. There's a little something for everyone and people can relate to the various family/friendship relationships in the film. And yes, this is a chick-flick ... Spoiler alert -- not your typical "korean" ending, if you know what I mean. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Read all reviews
