Jeremy (Michael Madsen) works for the Mafia as the boss's right-hand man. When the FBI conducts a serious investigation into organized crime, they gather enough evidence to lock Jeremy up for years. As luck would have it, his brother-in-law (Joe Mantegna) is an FBI agent who strikes a deal for Jeremy to serve as an informant.
