Jules N Un film très intéressant dans sa façon de prendre à contre-pied les slashers surtout dans sa finalité. En revanche, le film manque de scènes d'horreur pour mieux rythmé son déroulement ou de scènes comiques pour aller jusqu'au bout de son principe moqueur des slashers banals. I even got scared at the jumpy stuff but the horror wasn't realistic enough for me. It was a lot of things that just didn't make it scary anymore because the characters deserved to die how they died. I can't even watch the 2nd one without feeling like I'm going to get the same unrealistic acting. One of the girls fight to stay alive then kills herself so they can't take her skin.. how? Why? You may roll your eyes at some point, but they WANT you to, it tries to convey a cookie cutter teen horror flic at first when it's in reality a legit horror movie, I can see dimwits with short attention spans missing that point. Then as you start to think it's camp, it's got more of a plot than you think. On top of this the villains have buckets of personality. I give it 5 stars just cause the reviews are underselling it, but I'd say a 4 is the lowest rating it deserves. Low budget, but it doesn't really show at all. There's a lot of pretentious horror out there, a lot of pretentious low budget horror too, a lot of stuff that is passed off as good. This is just a good fun film and the cast is all incredibly solid. There's jokes in this movie, and if you think it's too comedic... just keep going. If you're the kinda person who can't handle too much, well, the movie is paced well. It's actually full of a lot of fun surprises, and is better than most horror out there.
