During the Heldorado Frontier Days Festival in Las Vegas, Roy Rogers (Roy Rogers), a Nevada lawman, travels out to help out his friend Gabby Whittaker (George "Gabby" Hayes), who founded the event. Someone is passing counterfeit bills at the casinos, and Roy is called on to help find the culprits. Roy gets to work, and in the process makes the acquaintance of a lovely heiress, Carol Randall (Dale Evans), who has been chosen as the Queen of the Heldorado.

Audience Member Better than average Roy Rogers western musicals. Some great songs, an interesting plot and a sassy performance from Dale Evans. George Gabby Hayes provides his usual amusing support. It is set in Las Vegas, which in 1946 was not much to see and it makes it rather interesting to see what it was like then. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member 64/100.
