#Horror isn't a fun watch, and what it says is hardly profound. Go to Full Review

Despite its many drawbacks, Subkoff's film deserves to be seen, if only for its wildly imaginative use of the medium and for the urgency of its message, which is dire, bleak - and unforgettable. Go to Full Review

#horror is a film that tried very hard to be cool and relevant ... but it only manages to bore and annoy. Go to Full Review

#Horror looks amazing and it has some acute observations. It just seems to have more thematic and narrative ambition than it does coherence and running time. Go to Full Review

There is a method to Tara Subkoff's directorial madness, and what she has put to film is nothing if not bizarrely, indelibly auspicious. Go to Full Review

Iamwhoi M May 5 Not a single likable character in the whole movie. There is more than enough overacting, though. It is a flat, soulless, uninspired, straight to video looking movie. There is no good reason to sit through this crap. Not even if you're a Sevigny or Hutton fan. Especially then; because the performances are as uninspired as the movie. The highlight is all the obnoxious, self-obssessed brats getting killed. Kids like these are the reason birth rates are down. Just one really bad flick. See more Diana S 06/25/2024 I don't mean to cast aspersions, but this is the kind of soul-less screenplay I would expect from a person who grew up in a mansion in Connecticut. The characters feel like plastic dolls, empty shells, a menagerie of tween-girl neuroses and disorders. The story is silly but not in the camp Scream way; rather, in the "Are they for realsies?" way. I appreciate the concern for the youngins, but there's gotta be a better way of doing this. I am glad to see Timothy Hutton is still finding work.
