joe d Just seen this film on Amazon Prime. If you like well acted, well scripted adult drama adapted from an excellent stage play this is for you. Three educated adult sons all quite different but now very middle class return to their working class terraced home to celebrate their parents 40th Wedding anniversary. The father is still working as a coal miner and has one year left before retirement. It brings a tapestry of old feelings & remembrances to the surface some better left unsaid probably. The actress who plays the mother gives an outstanding performance of underplayed acting. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
