A pretty good action horror film comprised of really good direction a la Monroe who knows how to draw tension and mount it inch by inch. Go to Full Review

...ultimately bogged down by a melodramatic opening half-hour and a overall feeling of tediousness. Go to Full Review

Ironically, in this film, the "it" doesn't "wait" at all. It runs all over the mountain tearing things apart. Go to Full Review

Mica B @Mica_B 6d It's seriously one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The acting was terrible, the dialogue was terrible, and the story was terrible! The monster was cheesy and very underwhelming. The first half of the movie felt like a dumb drama, not a horror. And there are so many inaccuracies in this. The MC would've been replaced so quickly at her job, and I'm pretty sure she also wouldn't be responsible for so many tasks, AKA the dam... Also why the heck is dynamite so easy for her to access? Huh?... That sounds like a safety concern, especially considering she's a normal firewatch ranger. I'm pretty sure she isn't licensed to use dynamite. She's an alcoholic with access to dynamite and a gun. And guess what? Her boss apparently knows that she's an alcoholic. The plot (If there even is any) is very simple, but someone with actually some decent writing skills could have probably done this movie better. Maybe not much, but at least a little. The parrot doesn't die, which is nice I suppose. See more Daniel C Mar 16 It really wasn't that great of a movie but entertaining enough to watch. The creature from the cave was pretty cool looking with some decent acting. It could've been a lot better imo See more Victor O 06/29/2024 I’m becoming a fan of actress Cerina Vincent, and I noticed this movie in her filmography. Having watched a few of her movies I realized that she hasn’t done a great job, but she is easy on the eyes, so I felt that was good enough. A group of students set off a discovery that turns into their doom, leading the police to believe its simply a spree killer out for blood. But all that changes for the park ranger Danny as she does what she can while grieving for the loss of a dear friend. Her grief is forgotten as she has to fight for her life against a dangerous creature that waits. I have seen some of Cerina Vincent’s works and I admit I watch for her great looks, but this entry surprised me as she showed she can act. Great writing from Stephen Cannell helps, as well as modest budget. It still feels like a Cable TV movie than a high-end cinema, something that Vincent is more than worthy for. This was a decent watch. See more 09/26/2021 The main actor is terrible, more focused on how she looks then her acting. The movie itself is putting me to sleep even with skipping through the slow parts. See more 07/03/2021 It was so stupid I can't believe some one with any intelligence actually wrote this. Couldn't finish it, 20 min in I couldn't and stopped watching. See more 09/17/2020 'I'm not sure how a guy wearing Ralph Lauren can buy into this crap' 'ow ow ow owwww' The bloody gore in this movie looks very tasty, reminded me of sweet and sour chicken. The dialogue seems to have been written by someone from outer space, the plot makes very little if any sense. See more Read all reviews
