Jean-Michel C Kill command is just perfect, and if you want to get scared of AI this is the movie to watch. All actors do an outstanding job with a special mention to Vanessa Kirby who already shows the stuff she's made of. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/19/23 Full Review April S I really liked this movie. I was not expecting it to be as good as I thought and it was better. The design of the robots was pretty cool. Sometimes in movies they make them look kinda cheesy looking and I thought the design was done really well. The actors/actress were great. The environment they shot it in was really cool. Kinda gave off return of the Jedi/ET vibes before they hit the city area. Idk that's just me though. Overall I gave it 5 stars. I take movies for what they are. Entertainment.I don't dive too deep. Just some thoughts. Peace peace. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/20/23 Full Review john p I like sci-fi. I like action movies. I like war movies. I like cerebral movies. I had hoped this flick would have it all. Sadly, the plot was mediocre as well as the strained acting. It was sort of sci-fi with rebel robots and enhanced humans — but that didn't save it for me. I actually drifted off asleep a couple times. The idea of robots going haywire and killing people has been done to death. No pun intended. The ending was sort of disturbing but not really clear as to whether or not the rebel robots had downloaded their digital poison into the enhanced human. Hmm… What did surprise me was this — I watch movies loud enough for the subwoofer to get a work out. But this movie's gunfire and robot gun cannons were so loud it shook the whole den. I literally jumped — never hearing such loud reports of weaponry until this movie. At least that aspect was very well done. Even watching this for free — I felt I had totally wasted my time seeing what would finally pan out for our soldiers trapped on unknown exercises on a mystery island. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Before I watched the movie, I was hesitant to buy and watch it. But after some time I did buy the blue ray. Must say, I am impressed. Why not watch it sooner? The CGI is good. Compared to AAA titles, this would rate like A. I just wonder if the robots are 100% real models or 50%/50%. They are created good, especially the boss bot. So much details. The world in which the movie plays is not big. But is used well. There is hardly any slow down, the suspense is kept high during the whole movie. The cast is good. Everyone played it's role well. Vanessa Kirby, the main character plays a cool but calculated technician and that shows. As the movie progresses, she shows another side of herself. That she has feelings as well. Timed well. Hope there will be an sequel. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Lackluster acting, lackluster story, less than lackluster CGI. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member This had all the makings to be a cool little movie but something was just lacking . Maybe character development and I didn’t care for any of them . None the less still not terrible 2.8 Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/04/21 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Wendy Ide Observer (UK) This science-fiction film takes a horror film premise - a small group of people are picked off one by one by a ruthless foe - and manages to strip it almost completely of scares. Rated: 2/5 May 15, 2016 Full Review Peter Bradshaw Guardian Gamers will have a bit of deja vu watching this, but it is a well managed movie with some cool, controlled performances among the detonations. Rated: 3/5 May 12, 2016 Full Review Jason Best Movie Talk Kill Command punches above its low-budget weight thanks to its smart visuals and intriguing plot, even if it does owe a significant debt in style and storytelling to the likes of RoboCop and Terminator. Rated: 3/5 Jun 25, 2019 Full Review Carolyn Mauricette Cinema Axis Despite its straightforward sci-fi narrative, and being made on a miniscule budget, Kill Command is still able to pack in a ton of great effects and tell an overall entertaining story. May 16, 2019 Full Review Andrew Parker The Gate The plot is basically that of Walter Hill's Southern Comfort, but with robots instead of rednecks (something I never knew I wanted until I saw Kill Command) and a healthy dash of the Alien franchise thrown in for good measure. Rated: 3.8/5 Aug 28, 2018 Full Review John Noonan FILMINK (Australia) Steven Gomez' feature debut, Kill Command, is a stunning piece of eye candy for those who like their cinematic technology to bite back.
