Of course it's safe, right? What could go wrong....oh, yeah...duh. This is a good movie, worth seeing. But it's not moving the needle in the man vs AI genre. I like cerebral movies. I had hoped this flick would have it all. Sadly, the plot was mediocre as well as the strained acting. It was sort of sci-fi with rebel robots and enhanced humans — but that didn't save it for me. I actually drifted off asleep a couple times. The idea of robots going haywire and killing people has been done to death. No pun intended. The ending was sort of disturbing but not really clear as to whether or not the rebel robots had downloaded their digital poison into the enhanced human. Hmm… What did surprise me was this — I watch movies loud enough for the subwoofer to get a work out. But this movie's gunfire and robot gun cannons were so loud it shook the whole den. I literally jumped — never hearing such loud reports of weaponry until this movie. At least that aspect was very well done. Even watching this for free — I felt I had totally wasted my time seeing what would finally pan out for our soldiers trapped on unknown exercises on a mystery island. See more Read all reviews
