Matthew D Average shoot-'em-up/kick-'em-up flick. No better or worse than most. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 07/13/21 Full Review Audience Member Amazing movie with much camouflaged surrealism and innuendo ... and a guy who looks like Bill Cosby gone evil.True 80s gem! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Killpoint is the kind of movie that I live for: a really bad movie that's completely entertaining as a bad movie that's so bad that it's good. Such is the case with this one, which stars Cameron Mitchell, Leo T. Fong and Richard Roundtree in a surprisingly small role. I found this on one of those big movie sets with about 50 movies or so on the set, so that should tell you the level of quality that you're likely to find on it once you get around to watching it. Cameron Mitchell is his usual insane self, and that's one of the main draws to the movie. Throw in lots of bad characters, action and dialogue and you got yourself a really awful B movie that's supremely enjoyable. Maybe not in the top tier of enjoyable bad movies, but up there. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Police work to track down the responsible parties in a weapons heist from an armory. This one has several bloodbaths. The somewhat uncharismatic Leo Fong, who we remember from Low Blow, really works over a robbery suspect as a policeman. Decent. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Explosive action with cops investigating stolen artillery from the National Guard Armory that filters to the streets. Excellent depiction of cooperation among law enforcement departments; a credit to the technical advisory job done by special agent Ronald J Adams of the Riverside Police. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member W/ the gun play (this is about arms dealers) that's on display in Killpoint @ the beginning I was thinking that this was going to be a real 'gem' of a Richard Roundtree movie. Close to a hour into it I was thinking he wasn't in it very much & then the next thing I knew he got blown away. He must have gotten 2nd star billing just on name alone. Personally he should have been @ the end of the opening credits stating 'featuring Richard Roundtree'. What we're left w/ is Leo T Fong investigating & he hardly seems to have a pulse even when he's kicking ass w/ his martial arts. Pretty good though but pretty hot & cold never sustaining a constant pace Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews
