Much better. A weird psychedelic giallo with a cool premise, even if some of the plot points get kind of convoluted. Crazy but interesting characters. The Hitmen were hilarious!

this one is a real hot mess. It is purposefully difficult to tell all the similar looking actors apart. There is a twisty ending that kinda makes sense, but the middle droops. There are some nice touches. Like the hitmen and the iron fist killer.

Decent beginning concept that gets lost in about 100 bad sub plots and underdeveloped character

A bizarre giallo with a complex and somewhat arbitrary solution. Luciano Rossi kind of steals the film in the climax.

Fantastic giallo which has secured Susan Scott as hero status for her excellent performance. Engrossing narrative and some wonderful set and costume designs, it must be the throw backs from the 60s cos it really didn't seem like it was filmed in '72. Highly enjoyable watch that I would recommend to giallo fans as it has everything you need from a film in the sub-genre - including a sense of humour.

As with its predecesor (Death Walks on High Heels), Luciano Ercoli's Death Walks at Midnight is a stylish, psychedelic, and slightly hallucinogenic giallo full of twists and turns, a murderer with a metal claw, LSD trips, topless hipster cocktail parties, etc. Lots of fun for fans of 70s giallo.
