jesse o Not a bad movie, but one that has some really cheesy and corny moments. The movie is fine, it has its comedic moments, not hilarious but it's there, and the drama isn't particularly good, at least to me. But at least the cast tried hard, so they get props for that. The really low budget was also very apparent, the movie just looks low quality. The lighting wasn't good, but with a non-existent budget you can't really explain much. The editing also sucked. I don't know what was the overarching theme, or purpose, every character has their own little story and the closest thing to a 'story' arc is Roger and Mack's rivalry, but I don't know, it was lacking something. It wasn't as good as it could've been. But despite all that, I think the cast does a very good job at making the film average, at best. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Early works of a famous cast. Quite a few funny bits from its manga origin. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Good story, good acting, good music, good filming, good moral :) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member A manga adaptation that stars some of my favorite actors Tony Leung and Lau Ching-wan who is always good for a laugh. Anyways on to the plot, it was a good light-hearted comedy/drama with an entertaining plot. The movie reached a lull during the drama parts in the latter parts but luckily picks up for an entertaining ending. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Ha! I like the messy environment of the Temple Street. This film has a quite good story. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
