Audience Member This film was billed to me as 'Jewish Romeo and Arab Juliet in Morocco.' It's not, But it is a cool coming-of-age drama that deals with two-faced family life and social conflicts. While it is a teen movie, it's much more intelligence and sophisticated that the teen comedy-romance crap churned out by Hollywood. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member muslim girl loves jewish boy in casablanca. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member great movie, which got award in movie festival in Cannes. easy and warm love story, in Casablanca. young moroccan muslim woman fall in love with young jew. but her family fast forgot about its modern attitude when found out this men is jew... Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member The most comon critic about this movie is that it's not representative of the majority of the moroccan youth!!! true, but so what? The tiny part of the moroccan youth Laila Marrakchi is willing to represent in her movie is very well depicted, the slang the acent, the manners, the complex relation with the house employees etc... Its a very well done movie ... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Read all reviews
