The main character comes from South Africa to the states to find his sister, who is a drug head, puts innocent lives at risk to bumble his way to stop the 2 dimensional baddies for a result of some sort of strange happy ending. Characters are hollow and unlikable. Silly.

A nice movie with awesome actors/actress! Chadwick, is and was powerful in it! It was gritty and realistic! It worth checking out, you know since Chadwick, didn't have to many films, anyway.
