Audience Member the second greatest dumb movie of all time!!! first being R.O.T.O.R. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member I would like to say this movie is hilarious, I would like to tell you to rent this movie for purely comedic purposes, but I just can't. Through my extensive movie watching, which ranges from films by Andrei Tarkovsky to movies by Mark L. Lester, I have never found a duller, dumber, worse movie. You know those movies that become kind of good because they are so bad? This isn't one of them. I didn't think it was possible but Chapa managed to surpass the "bad-meter" and go into a realm of crapiness previously unrealized by myself. This is, to put it more simply, the worst movie ever made. Period. Well, this and Dances with Wolves, but that's another, much longer discussion. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member When you look at the number of stars, keep in mind that my friend and I would, with the proper resources and motivation, start a 'Chapaholics Anonymous' group to pay homage to DC's various opuses. Alas, we killed that motivation with the tequila y mota that helps Chapa go down smooth. Watching his solo projects since 'Blood In Blood Out' has been an entertaining adventure into film production with limited means and a VERY singular vision. 'Mexican American' is probably ONLY enjoyable if you are ready to feast on Chapa film-making from the jump. I can only imagine what it is like to know nothing about DC's stilo beforehand, but I would think the porno-music montage on the DVD menu with Damian whispering the paradox 'I'm not Mexican, I'm not American--I'm Mexican-American' would let you know what you were about to get into. Joe Estevez as the mixed-breed descendant of a Nazi fugitive who espouses white supremacy from the heart of Mexcio...yes. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member If i could give this a negative rating I would, it was 45 min of my life I can never get back, stopped it early I'm sure the movie was longer. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Very low budget film directed by Damian Chapa. I didn't expect the movie to be about Aryan terrorist group in Mexico. That was different. I was surprised to see Roberto Pulido as an actor with that much of a role, but I think I prefer him singing to acting. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
