The maniac says she must recall and play certain songs that he demands, as he is the vigilante serial killer who has been going after criminals. The film does have its suspenseful moments, but plenty of dumb ones too. Like cliches here and there, and not having completely fully realized themes. Its a basic thriller that's just good enough to view if you love thrillers, or you can skip it.
